Is there a certain weld cert. qualification to weld S.S. RA330?

This depends largely on the industry.
RA330 is used primarily in industrial ovens like heat treat furnaces because of its creep resistance.

If your industry does not mandate certification, you can still use a standard that addresses RA 330.

AWS D17.1 for example is the spec for aerospace and aviation but it addresses all metal types and could be used for certification purposes where no industry standard exists.
