The primeweld MIG180 is an affordable welding machine that does MIG, Stick, Scratch Start TIG,...and comes with a spool gun for mig welding aluminum.
TIG torch is not included but for well under $600 , this welding machine is a great value for your garage shop.
I have done a series of videos using the mig180 welding machine and the more I use it, the more I like it.
It is not advertised as such but The MIG180 also is a stick welder.
The little switch labeled mma means manual metal arc ( a common term for stick welding in some parts of the globe)
I repaired a gate with my MIG180 using the stick welding mode and a 3/32" 6011 rod.
Another great and affordable welding machine is the primeweld TIG225x.
The TIG225 is an AC/DC TIG welder that also stick welds.
PrimeWeld solved a big problem with this welder in that previously, affordable TIG welders usually came with a really crappy tig torch and foot pedal.
The TIG225 comes with a genuine CK air cooled TIG torch with superflex cables along with a nice low profile foot pedal amperage control.
In my opinion, the primeweld 225 is one of the best choices in affordable tig welders.
The problem with most other really affordable tig welders is usually the foot pedal and the torch are just bad and clunky.
Primeweld went to extra expense to include genuine ck torches with superflex hoses along with a smooth SSC style foot pedal.
They also have a responsive primeweld equipment users group on facebook and also have demonstrated great customer support
Watch some primeweld videos and you will see what I mean.
There are hundreds of videos on tig welding, stick welding, mig welding, and flux core on this site as well as videos showing different welding machines.
