Tig Welding Aluminum

by Jeremy
(Springfield,Mo)

When you set up your machine to TIG aluminum, set it at where you want your temperature to be while your welding. Start out slow and then "get in the groove" Start slow and finish fast. The farther you pull your cup away directly affects the heat. Farther away= Hotter and closer= colder. You can also manipulate the temp by adding more or less rod. More rod= colder and less = hotter. Good luck out there welders!!!
