I have a pressure vessel fabrication facility in Durban , South Africa. I was chatting to a Canadian welder at a wedding last week and was very impressed with his training and attitude. He was very professional. I would be willing to get some young less experienced welders here who have all the training in place and are passionate about the job. We run SAW , Pulse Tig ,Pulse Mig , TIG, SMAW and orbital.
