I am a beginner tig welder and when i am running my practice beads sometimes right in the middle my hand gets so hot i have to terminate the weld.
Now i know that restarts shouldn't be a problem however...how can i avoid or absolve this problem?
is it my torch angle? am i running too hot? or do i have to just tough it out?

If your filler wire hand is the one getting hot, you are going to need to find a better angle to hold it where all the heat is not directed on your hand.
If it is your torch hand,
here is a suggestion...
tig welding glove heat shield tigfinger
