Mig welding safety tip
by Mike
(Oklahoma)
Turn off your Mig welder when changing wire. I've had the gun fall and hit the trigger on something while i was holding the wire between my fingers and burned an imprint on my thumb and index finger. Also beware of water too I know that's common sense but i've been shocked through sweaty gloves on a hot summer day after welding for 8 hours.
