MIG welding control

by steve layne

When you're MIGing don't sally the trigger, give it a firm press this will help you to have more control over the manipulation of the gun.

I think it may be mostly mental like your telling the MIG torch who's boss! support the weight with your shielding hand and control your gun with the other. also kind of pinch the trigger and leave the other three fingers relatively loose this gives you a better range of motion.
