I'd use one if you bought me one. It would probably give me back a little of my evening TV/Veg time.
I use a little 3" grinder and a 6" cutoff saw I got at harbor freight. I stick the tungsten in the Makita and in no time I have a point that's good enough for my welding skills. For AL welding I just square the tip and knock the edges off. Only takes a second. I can buy a whole boat load of spare tungstens with the $800.00 it costs for some of those sharpeners.
