What is the best way to prepare for b31.3 open book test?
---------------------------------------------------
This is just my opinion....
Get a copy of b31.3 and buy some sticky tabs.
separate the standard by chapters so you can find a chapter very quickly.
read the standard and get familiar with footnotes.
open book code tests are usually time limited so being able to tab to a chapter is very helpful.
I have not taken the B31.3 open book test but have taken a AWS CWI exam with open book AWS D1.1 code test... and tabbing was a life saver on time.
best of luck,
jody
