about to enter a furnace and repair tubes using tig on 9 chrome

haven't done it in years so i need a little mind refresher...keyhole,dip, wash the root in,fairly wide gap,feed rod from side gap on the overhead,lots of purge,lots of pre heat????any advice,i'd be all ears and grateful.Thank you.

Dana, I use the keyhole dip method for most carbon and low alloy tubing. Preheat will probably be required and advised.
